Hewlett's Road Flyover

At the start of the project we were responsible for the survey control, protection and road legalisation survey.

Latitude was also instructed to do the full as-built survey for the entire length of the project. This included finished road, kerb levels and services (storm water & sewer).

The information was then uploaded in Tauranga City Council’s geographic information system (GIS). Whilst on this project we also carried out some QA for the main contractor.

Middlebrook, Katikati - 90 lot Greenfield Subdivision

Our brief was to achieve a neighbourhood with minimum roading, taking full advantage of the views to the Kaimai’s and surrounding bush, all to be created from a kiwifruit and avocado orchard.

By designing one entrance into the subdivision, with a potential link up road with other areas of Katikati we created a safe neighbourhood feeling, with quiet cul-de-sacs and private driveways to back lots. This reduced the need for more roads. All the sections take full advantage of the surrounding views.

Latitude has Project Managed Middlebrook through stages 1 & 2, from resource consent, surveying set out, volume surveys and calculations, resource consent applications, pegging new boundaries and preparing the esurvey plans and section 223 & 224 (completion) certificates.

2 Lot Subdivision

With a site area of 809m² our clients wished to subdivide into 2 Lots.

We carried them through the whole process from field survey, obtaining resource consent, pegging, acquiring Section 223 & 224 (Completion) certificates through to lodging at Land Information New Zealand (LINZ).
